For your vacation, Le Temps des Vacances offers you this superb house with 3 bedrooms, terraces, swimming pool, air conditioning and wifi, summer kitchen, pétanque court... A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located 900m from the town of Plan du Castellet and shops and 6km from the sea and beaches. You can park your vehicles inside the property. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. The living room is air-conditioned. For the sleeping area, you will find 3 bedrooms, one on the semi-open ground floor and the other two upstairs. You will find a shower room and WC on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC upstairs. The house is new and was created and decorated in a Balinese inspiration. Regarding the exterior, the owner is a landscaper, so you will be transported between Greece and Bali. You have access to a superb terrace equipped with table and chairs as well as garden furniture. This space overlooks the 12m x 3m swimming pool, which has a 3m deck. You will find a summer kitchen with a gas barbecue and sink, a pétanque court and a magnificent landscaped garden. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or in the shade, as you wish. You have an internet box with Wi-Fi. The house is air-conditioned. The swimming pool is secured by a pool alarm. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before moving in and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day per pet surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
